This service provides any-time, anywhere access to your Credit Union accounts – all you need is a touch-tone telephone. SMARTS enables you to access your savings, checking, and loan accounts. A few things to remember when using this service:

• Please have your account number and PIN (personal identification number) ready
• If you have lost and/or forgotten your PIN, please contact the credit union and your PIN will be reset to the 4 digit number of your choice, free of charge.
